By accessing or using any services provided by Infinity TV Canada ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Service Description

Infinity TV Canada provides IPTV subscription services and Android TV hardware (TV boxes). Our services give access to live channels, movies, and series via internet streaming.

2. Account Usage

• Each subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only
• Accounts are limited to the number of connections purchased (typically 1 active connection)
• Sharing your account credentials with others outside your household is strictly prohibited
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be sharing or reselling access

3. Payments & Billing

• All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• Payment is due at the time of order
• E-Transfer payments must be sent within 24 hours of placing an order or the order may be cancelled
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you will receive reminder emails before expiry
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

4. Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions begin upon account activation and credential delivery
• Subscription duration is as specified at time of purchase
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime but strive for 99.9% service availability
• Scheduled maintenance may occasionally result in brief service interruptions
• Channel availability is subject to change based on content licensing

5. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

• IPTV subscriptions are non-refundable once credentials have been issued
• TV boxes may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all contents

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share your account credentials commercially
• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our servers or services
• Use automated tools to access or scrape our platform
• Violate any applicable Canadian federal or provincial laws

7. Service Interruptions

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by:

• Internet service provider (ISP) issues on your end
• Scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Force majeure events beyond our control
• Third-party content provider outages

In the event of extended outages caused by our infrastructure, we may offer service extensions at our discretion.

8. TV Box Hardware

• TV boxes are sold with a limited 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
• All items in the box must be returned in original condition for any eligible returns

9. Limitation of Liability

Infinity TV Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify customers of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
