Thank you for shopping with Infinity TV Canada. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

⚠️ IPTV SUBSCRIPTIONS — NON-REFUNDABLE

Due to the digital nature of IPTV services, all subscription purchases are final and non-refundable once the account has been activated and credentials have been issued. This includes all monthly, multi-month, and annual plans.

TV Box Returns

We accept returns on TV boxes (Venus, Jupiter, and Saturn) under the following conditions:

What Must Be Returned

All TV box returns must include everything that was included in the original shipment:

Items returned incomplete will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their cost.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Please include your order ID, reason for return, and photos of the item and packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your TV box arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at infinitytvyeg@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
