Enable Apps from Unknown Sources
Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and turn on "Apps from Unknown Sources" and "ADB Debugging".

Install the Downloader App
Search for "Downloader" in the Amazon App Store and install it (free, by AFTVnews). Open it and allow storage permissions.

Download TiviMate
Open Downloader and enter this URL:
https://tivimate.com/tivimate.apk
Alternatively search "TiviMate" in the Amazon App Store directly.
✅ Install when the download finishes and allow permissions

Open TiviMate
Launch TiviMate. On the welcome screen tap "Add Playlist".

Select Xtream Codes
Tap "Xtream Codes" from the playlist options.

Enter Your Credentials
Fill in the details from your activation email exactly as shown:
Server URL: (from your email)
Username: (from your email)
Password: (from your email)
✅ Copy and paste from your email to avoid typos

Start Watching!
Tap Add and wait for channels to load (1-2 minutes). Then browse Live TV, Movies, and Series!

Install the Downloader App
Open the Google Play Store on your Android TV and search for "Downloader by AFTVnews". Install it for free.

Enable Unknown Sources
Go to Settings → Device Preferences → Security & Restrictions and enable "Unknown Sources" for the Downloader app.

Download TiviMate via Downloader
Open Downloader and enter the TiviMate download URL from their official website:

Or go to tivimate.com on your phone to find the latest download code/URL.

MAG Box

Works on all MAG boxes (MAG 250, 254, 256, 322, 324, 420, 522 and more).

Access MAG Box Settings
Power on your MAG box and press the Setup button on the remote (or go to Menu → Settings).

Go to System Settings → Servers
Navigate to System Settings → Servers → Portals.

Enter Your Portal URL
In the Portal 1 URL field, enter the portal URL from your activation email:

✅ Your MAC address was registered when you ordered — no username/password needed

Save and Reboot
Press OK to save. Then go back and select Reboot or simply unplug and replug your MAG box.

Start Watching!
After rebooting your MAG box will automatically connect to the portal and load your channels. Use the remote to browse!

Option A — Use VLC (Easiest)
Download and install VLC Media Player from videolan.org if you don't have it already.

Open Your M3U URL in VLC
Open VLC → click Media → Open Network Stream (Ctrl+N) → paste your M3U URL from your activation email:

Click Play. Your channel list will load.

Option B — Use IPTV Smarters Web
Go to app.iptvsmarters.com in your browser. Click "Add Playlist" → "Xtream Codes" and enter your credentials from your email.
